- 5+ years of experience in component design in one of the leading CAD environments: CATIA Vx / 3D Experience, Siemens NX; ideally in the automotive industry
- Ability to create technical documentation in the virtual (CAD) environment, design parts and assemblies while taking into account requirements of technology, feasibility, and customer standards
- Knowledge on analysis of the spatial concept, wide knowledge of 3D geometry, 2D drawing, sketching, and performing cross-sections within your skillset
- Ability and willingness to introduce new concepts and solutions while taking the technology of realization into account (i.e. injection molded plastic parts)
- Self-reliance, openness, and proactiveness
- Strong drive for broadening knowledge to meet the ever-evolving standards of design work
- Ability to communicate in English well enough to understand the intricacies of technical language, explain the scope of your work, and your own methodology
- As a substantial number of our Clients hail from Germany, knowing the German language is a big asset
